项目描述
一、Description
Sminex plans to construct the Marina Grove Jazz Residential Complex on a 95,400m2 area in Moscow, Russia.
The project involves the construction of apartments on a 39,000m2 area, commercial and office building on an 8,000m2 area, supermarket, shops, cafes and restaurants and parking facilities, and the installation of elevators and power-related facilities.
An in-house division of Sminex will undertake the construction work.
On 15 December 2016, The project received the building permit from the Committee of State Construction Supervision of the city of Moscow.
Demolition work is expected to begin during the first quarter 2017.
Pre-construction activities are underway.
