RailBaltica will repeat construction contracting tender for largest railway bridge in the Baltic States. This decision was made by LTG Infra, which is implementing the Rail Baltica project in Lithuania. After taking into account the proposals and remarks made as part of the tender launched in late December, the tender conditions are currently being renewed and the procurement requirements are being clarified according to the suppliers’ questions and proposals. “It will be not only Lithuania’s but also the Baltic States’ longest railway bridge, it will not have any supports in the water, and so the contractor will have to employ the newest technologies. In order to ensure that the procurement conditions for such a complex object is absolutely clear to all suppliers, it was decided to adjust the tender purchase document (technical project, work quantity worksheet, contractual conditions and technical specifications) directives,” says LTG Infra CEO Karolis Sankovski. If more interested suppliers step forward, they could join the tender by presenting an application with documents indicating the required qualifications on the dynamic procurement system: https://bit.ly/2OsoIfn
